Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Lavior Pharma, Inc. (“Lavior”, “we”) collects through pro.lavior.com, our website and ordering portal for U.S. medical professionals, and how we use and protect it.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Who this applies to
This policy covers pro.lavior.com, including the practice account portal, the contact and request forms, and orders placed through the portal. Our consumer store at lavior.com has its own privacy policy.
Information you give us
- Account applications: contact name, job title, business email and phone, password, legal business name, facility type, NPI, Medicare PTAN or supplier number (if applicable), license number and issuing state, tax ID (EIN), and facility, billing and shipping addresses.
- Orders: products, quantities, shipping address and order history. Invoices are paid through a secure payment link; we do not store card or bank account numbers on this site.
- Messages and requests: what you send through the contact, sample, VA ordering and kit request forms, including your name, business email, phone, organization and message.
This site is for business use. Please do not send patient names or other protected health information through any form or message.
Information collected automatically
- Session cookie: keeps you logged in to the portal. It is required for the portal to work.
- Security checks: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and we record basic request information (such as IP address) to limit abuse.
- Advertising measurement: if you arrive from one of our LinkedIn ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may record the visit and a completed account application, so we can measure the ad.
How we use information
- To review and verify account applications, including checking NPI and license details.
- To process orders: invoicing, payment, shipping and customer service.
- To answer messages and requests, and to assign a Lavior representative to your account.
- To send account and order emails (confirmation, approval, invoices and shipping updates).
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and fulfill orders, under contracts that limit their use of it, including our hosting and database providers, email delivery, accounting and invoicing, payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, and bot protection. We may also share information with your chosen distribution partner when you ask us to route an inquiry, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and as long as needed afterwards for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or correct your account information, or to close your account, by emailing support@lavior.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights to access or delete personal information; we will respond to verified requests as the law requires. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; account and order emails are part of the service.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

This site is for medical professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
